Room Rates

TERM AND CONDITION

1. Reservation
   All reservation must be made at: The Adventure Hotel 100 Moo1, Chiang Mai - Lamphun Rd., T.Nong Hoi., A.Muang., Chiang Mai. 50000 Thailand Tel. 66 53 803 444 Fax. 66 53 802 440 or 66 53 802 442. Email: adventure@theadventurehotel.com. All reservations arasubject to availability and confirmation. The hotel will accept telephone reservations but reserves the right to release such reservations unless a rooming list, voucher, or other written confirmations is received within 48 hours prior to the arrival. Available space will be automatically released if final rooming lis is not received eithin 15 days prior to the arrival for group reservations. The hotel also reserves the right to rlease space held for any reservations arriving by air for which no airline seat has been are confirmed.
   
   
2. Rates
   All mentioned rates are net, non-commissionable, and include 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 0.8% provincial tax. In case of any increase in the VAT or provincial tax percentage or an introduction of any other government taxes, the guest agrees to accept the Hotel's right to adjust the rates accordingly as the date of new tax implemented by Thai law.
   
   
3. Period of Occupancy
   Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2:00 PM. on the arrival day. Check out time is 12.00 PM. Any room used from 12.00 PM on the departure day will be charged 50%. Any room occupied beyond 6.00 PM will be charge the full rate price, unless specified in writing with the hotel officer.
   
   
4. Cancellations
   Charging fee apply for cancellations received less than 30 days piror to arrival. For "no-show" and early check out. Low season and high season 1 night, respectively 2 nights at applicable room rate(incl. service charge and VAT).
   
   
5. Liability
   Hotel will not held responsible for the loss of guest's properly, material damage to a guest's property, injurly or death of guest, We thank you for choosing The Adventure Hotel and we always look forward to giving you our utmost service at all times.
